PURPOSE:To obtain a thin solid electrolyte cell having low inner resistance, and high energy density by constituting each generating element in the cell with spatter film. CONSTITUTION:Negative pole substance 4, solid electrolyte 3, positive pole substance 2, insulator 6 and positive pole terminal substance 1 are laminated as thin film through spattering deposition onto a substrate 5 at the negative pole terminal with specific arrangement to produce a thin solid electrolyte cell having good tightness between each generating element, low interface or inner resistance and high energy density. |
