PURPOSE:To obtain a sintered substrate having porosity increased uniformly by employing active substance slurry added with resin blowable through heating. CONSTITUTION:A shell wall of blowing agent is formed by copolymer of methyl metaacrylate and acrylonitrile on resin blowable through heating then micro sphere F-50 made by Matsumoto Yushi KK. is employed to agitate said blowing agent through an agitator and to disperse in water uniformly thereafter thickener and nickel powder are added to produce nickel slurry. Thereafter it is applied onto a conductive core made of nickel galvanized iron plate and dried for 5min under 250 deg.C. Then said substrate is burnt under reductive environment of 700-1,000 deg.C to obtain a sintered substrate. When employing microsphere as blowing agent in such a manner, it is added less than 10wt% for nickel powder to produce a sintered substrate having sufficient conductivity and mechanical strength and increased porosity. |
