PURPOSE:To enable a cycle time to be substantially reduced, by adapting the start end part of a coil material to a residual cut blank material left on a lower mold and carrying out the residual cut blank material to be collected when the coil material being a base material is fed. CONSTITUTION:If an upper mold 6 is placed in its lifting process, cut blank materials P1 and P3 are dropped down on roller conveyers 2, 3 and collected. On the other hand, a residual cut blank material P2 left on a lower mold 1 is forced to be lifted in such a manner that its central part sags, because the second ejector 16 rises as a pad 8 rises. Here the first ejector 15 also rises, forcing the start end part of a coil material W so as to sag its both ends in the width direction. Next, if a fixed quantity of the coil material W is fed in a direction A, its start end face is adapted to an end face of the cut blank material P2, causing the cut blank material P2 to drop down on the conveyer 3. And then the upper mold 6 lowers to perform the next press work. In such way, a cycle time can be substantially reduced. |
