PURPOSE:To make it possible to collect necessary fluoroscopic data certainly even at a lower tube current by operating an X-ray tube continuously during an inspection time corresponding to an inspection sample by an inspection time determining circuit and by integrating fluoroscopic data by means of a data collecter having function of integration. CONSTITUTION:A conveyor drive instruction signal is given to the conveyor drive system 20 from the console 11. When an inspection sample detecter 26 detects the inspection sample 25 passing through a predetermined position, a detecting signal S12 is sent to the console 11. The console 11 sends a pulse S11 input from an encoder 27 by movement of the conveyor 23 to an inspection time determining circuit 30, also sends the detecting signal S12 input from the inspection sample detecter 26 to an ''X''-ray tube drive system 40, and an X-ray pulse for a long inspection duration is radiated from the X-ray tube 43. A data collecting system 50 is constituted with a licenser 51 converting fluoroscopic data to current, a data collecting part 52 integrating the current, an A-D converting part 53 and a data processing part 54 and image data are shown on a display 60. |
