PURPOSE:To obtain a solid state cell having high ion conductivity, easily workable film and no danger of leakage by employing ion conductive solid state compound composed of poly vinylidene fluoride, gamma butyrolactone and lithium perchloride for a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:20ml of organic solvent of gamma butyrolactone is added with 1gr of macromolecular compound or polyvinylidene fluoride and 0.4gr of lithium perchloride then it is heated under 120 deg.C to produce dissolved solution which is fed into a vacuum drier and dried. The thin film produced by evaporating gamma butyrolactone has high versatility and sufficient mechanical strength. Said diaphragm 2 is laminted in the outer cases 4, 5 and an insulative ring 6 together with positive and negative poles 1, 3 then caulked and enclosed to produce a coin type cell having diameter of 22mm. and thickness of 2.4mm.. Since the diaphragm or ion conductive solid state compound has high ion conductivity and low electric resistance, the discharge voltage and efficiency will be high to provide good discharge characteristic. |
