PURPOSE:To perform a memory processing of a pulse input time by temporarily interrupting the processing of a main routine to do an interrupt processing for memorizing the pulse inputting time when a pulse is inputted during the execution of the arithmetic processing of the main routine. CONSTITUTION:When inputted into a control arithmetic section 14 from a waveform shaping circuit 12, a sensor pulse is detected with a pulse input detecting section 16 and a flag generating section 18 outputs a flag to an interrupt control section 20. On the other hand, the detection output of the pulse input detecting section 16 actuates a latch circuit 22 to latch a time data when the pulse is inputted and output the latch data to a memory control section 26. The interrupt control section 20 executes an interrupt processing into the memory control section 26 based on the flag from the flag generating section 18 and orders a wheel speed computing section 30 and an acceleration/deceleration computing section 32 to interrupt the arithmetic processing. The memory control section 26 writes the time data into a memory 28 in response to an interrupt command from the control section 20.
