PURPOSE:To easily and strongly integrate a pile with a foundation by a method in which the partial PC steel wires of a prestressed concrete pile are pierced through the foundation slab, and the PC steel wires are tensed upwards to give a tensile prestress to the pile. CONSTITUTION:An iron bar cage 6 is put in a hole 5, a sheath 7 is projected upwards rather than the ground's surface in the inside of the cage 6, and PC steel wires 2 are pierced into the sheath 7. Concrete is placed into the hole 5 and cured to form the foundation slab 3 on site, the PC steel wires 2 in each sheath 7 are tensed upwards to give a prestress to the pile by tensing the pile head and the foundation slab 3, and the PC steel wires 2 are fixed by fixing metals 8. Afterwards, grout is injected into the sheath 7, protective concrete 10 is placed, and the PC steel wires 2 and the fixing metals 8 are subjected to a rust-preventive treatment. |
