<p>PURPOSE:To produce a belt that is good in touch and durable and can be easily decorated, by welding and molding integrally a primary molded member and a secondary molded member that are made of thermoplastic resins whose hardnesses are different. CONSTITUTION:A melt of a resin whose hardness is higher than that of a secondary molding soft polyurethane is injected by an injection apparatus 2 for a primary molding synthetic resin to be molded into a primary molded member A including engaging holes 20 and sections 21 surrounding them. Then the mold is opened, the primary molding member A is held in a movable mold 4-A, and it is turned 180 deg. to face a secondary molding mold 9. Then, before the completion of the shrinkage of the primary molded member A, a secondary molding resin whose hardness is 10-25 degrees lower than that of the primary molding resin is injected from an injecting apparatus 3 so that the primary molded member A is welded to the secondary molded member B with the former embedded in the latter.</p> |
