PURPOSE:To accomplish uniform application, by attaching a delivery unit, wherein an opposing face to a surface to be applied is made flat and a porous block through which liquid and the like are diffused and pass is provided, to the delivery port of a container. CONSTITUTION:A solvent stored in a syringe 2 is quantitatively compressed by compressed air, which is controlled so that it is instantaneously delivered by a control unit 18. The solvent passes the inside of a coupling part 23, then passes a central hole 11a of a chuck, and enters a solvent storing chamber 25. The solvent 4 in the solvent storing chamber 25 is quantitatively delivered downward through a porous cylindrical block 15. The solvent 4 is made to infiltrate into a buffer member 16. The syringe 2 is lowered to a package 9, and the solvent 4, which is infiltrated in the buffer member 16, is uniformly applied to the package through a cap 17. |
