PURPOSE:To make the high-speed rocking motion of a wheel head achievable as well as to improve its working properties, by separating a captioned device, which is additionally attached to a machine grinding a work surface for super finishing as a mirror form under pressure with the end face of a sticklike wheel subject to a rocking motion, from the wheel head. CONSTITUTION:Each sticklike wheel 1 whose one end is formed into the specified curvature is lined up in a row and housed inside a frame 2, while a wheel magazine A is made up in structure so as to cause these wheels 1 to be pressed and held against a front wall plate 2a by a spring 3 via a force fit body 4. This magazine A is tightly set up to a base plate 5 on a movable table 6 installed on a fixed table 7 free of movement in both directions. In addition, a wheel force fit mechanism B comprising a wheel force fit push 12 being free of vertical motion along a guide rod 11 supported via a bracket 9 is set up at the front end part of the base plate 5. And, further each wheel 1 split out of the magazine A by the push 12 with operation of a cylinder 15 is inserted into the inside of a holding hole of a wheel holding part C installed at the lower side in front of the base plate 5 and made so as to be held therein. |
