PURPOSE:To attain a thin and small structure for an information recording/ reproducing device by fitting with play the center part of a head supporter to the outer circumference of a driving motor and at the same time fitting the base end of a head into a hole of the head supporter. CONSTITUTION:The end face of a disk driving motor 21 pierces through a hole 30 of a head supporter 29 and approaches to a disk 22. Thus the thickness from the bottom surface of the motor 21 to the disk 22 can be reduced. The base end part of a head 41 is fitted into a hole 40 formed at the center part of an end part of the supporter 29, and the head 41 is unified with an actuator for piezoelectric element. That is, the base end of the head 41 is fixed to the displacement end face of a lamination type thickness slide piezoelectric element 42 via a coupling member 43.
