PURPOSE:To display a scheduled course easily and rapidly and to improve travelling guide by inputting the scheduled course manually and selecting a point on the same road name with priority at the generation of the scheduled course. CONSTITUTION:When an objective point key 14-1 is depressed under the state that the current position is displayed on a road map of a display 10, the shortest proposed crossing is turned on and off. If a rotation key 14-2 is depressed when the 1st crossing is not the required point, the 2nd proposed crossing secondarily close to the current position is turned on and off. If a set key 14-3 is depressed when the 2nd crossing is the required crossing, the 2nd crossing and the course are displayed brightly and the 3rd proposed crossing is turned on and off. If the key 14-3 is depressed when the 3rd crossing is also the required point, the 3rd crossing and the course are displayed brightly and a crossing on a road name including both the 2nd and 3rd crossings is turned on and off as the 4th proposed crossing. |
