PURPOSE:To provide for non-falling of strength, shape retension, and molding property and to enable a back surface treatment layer, having adhesive property also, to be formed in one stage, by forming a back surface treatment layer mainly consisting of arcyl resin containing styrene. CONSTITUTION:A back surface treatment layer 2 mainly consisting of acryl resin containing styrene is formed on the back of a carpet 1, and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed, where neccessary. The back surface is heated, the back surface treatment layer 2 and the heat-sensitive layer 3 are softened for cold-molding, and simultaneously, an insulation sheet 4 is stuck thereto. Styrene contained in the back surface treatment layer is softened at a temperature of lower than 150 deg.C, whereby molding property are excellent and adhesion is very high.
