PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a propeller from sucking air, by forming a fin member in a tunnel shape having its both side ends hanging down from the top end of the propeller. CONSTITUTION:In a semi-submerged catamaran, a submerged body 1 is provided in its rear end with a propeller 2, and is also integrally incorporated with a fin member 4 which is extended to a rudder 5 arranged in the rear of the propeller 2, and which is formed in a tunnel shape having both side ends hanging down. Further, in the propeller working plane, both side ends of the fin member 4 hang down by at least a distance H from the top of the propeller 2 to cover the latter.
