PURPOSE:To improve reliability of a treating device of supply air by preventing a filter from clogging and freezing by snow, by a method wherein a thawing plate of the snow is provided between a louver and a filter for taking in of the open air and a thawing pit of the snow is provided below the thawing plate of the snow. CONSTITUTION:A thawing plate 11 of snow, in which a hot water coil 10 is incorporated, is provided between a louver 3 for taking in of the open air and a filter 4 filtering the open air provided on a suction opening 2 side of the open air. A thawing pit 13 of the snow is provided below the thawing plate 11 of the snow. In consequence of this, the snow flowing in along with the open air in snowy season can be thawed and removed completely and a filter is prevented from clogging and freezing by the snow. Reliability, therefore, of a treatment device of supply air can be improved.
