Cooling system for maintaining a desired temperature in a room with the help of a heat exchanger that is connected to a fluid reservoir. The cooling system is equipped with an auxiliary system (7, 8), which applies the thermosyphon principle to use the outer air to cool the room (2), and, if necessary, an additional auxiliary system containing an air conditioning unit.
