A filler and discharge valve, especially for dunnage bags, has a common closing, filler and discharge valve body (29), which is moveably situated in the valve housing (14) of the valve and is regulated by means of a tubular control body (23) that can be screwed in and out and is located in the valve housing. The valve body (29) encloses and is regulated by the control body's tubular valve seat components (25). The body is spring-loaded against a common filler and discharge valve seat (26) on such. The valve body (29) can be pressed against the valve housing's closing valve seat (18, 19) by means of the control body (23) and has a shoulder face (31) that works together with a stop lug (22) in the valve housing (14) to stop the valve body (29) in a discharge position when the control body (23) is unscrewed to its discharge position.
