发明名称 SUCKING SAMPLER OF SUBSTANCE CONTAINED IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To presume more accurately the distribution of substances contained in the top of a tuyere by providing a means for measuring and displaying the inserting depth in a furnace at the outer tube of a sonde of inner and outer double structure capable of advancing and retreating in the furnace through a tuyere part, and connecting a sucking source at the rear end of the inner tube through a solid-air separating means. CONSTITUTION:The sonde 1' consists of the double-tube structure provided to the frame of a truck 4 advancing and retreating to and from the furnace body by a motor 3 along the upper surface of a pedestal 2 attached to a tuyere frame F of blast furnace. A needle 10 is attached to the outer tube 9, and the measuring indication of the inserting depth of the sonde 1 into the furnace is given in comparison with a reference scale 11 attached to the side surface of the pedestal 2. On the other hand, a sucking source 15 is connected to the rear end of an inner tube 12 through a cyclone 14 offered to the separation of solid and air from a sucking tube 13 passing through the tube 9. The sucking operation is generated in the tube 12 at every inserting depth division, and the solid particles caught in the cyclone 14 are taken out. Thereby, the distribution of the substances contained in the tuyere top can be grasped accurately.
