发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF ELECTROLYTE COMPONENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To analyze quantitatively the electrolyte component in a blood with ease and high accuracy by providing a means for washing a cation exchange column and conducting the whole liquid eluted from a detector for the eluent of the cation column to an anion exchange column. CONSTITUTION:The washing liquid in a tank 1a flows by a pump 2a through a selector valve 3 and a metering pipe 3g to a waste liquid tank 10a and the eluent in a liquid tank 1b is run by a pump 2b through selector valves 3, 4, a cation column 6, a detector 7, an anion column 8, and a detector 9 to a waste liquid tank 10c. When the valve 4 is changed over to a broken line state after a syringe 5 for sampling is operated, the sample is fed by the eluent to the column 6 and the eluate flows to the detector 7, by which a chromatogram (CG) of cation is obtd. The eluate from the detector 7 is fed by the eluent to the column 8, and the eluate therefrom flows to the detector 9, by which the CG of anion is obtd. The electrolyte component in the blood is thus quantitatively analyzed with ease and high accuracy.
