PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction of NOX, by adjusting immediately openings of flow control valves of fuel oil whose nitrogenous content is high and fuel oil whose nitrogenous content is low through a difference between an NOX value in waste gas and a reference discharge NOX value. CONSTITUTION:NOX values contained in waste gas are detected immediately by an O2 meter 3 and an NOX meter 4 fixed to the inside of a waste gas duct and output signals 5, 6 of those values are applied to a comparative and adjusting arithmetic unit 7. Then a difference between output signals 5, 6 and a reference discharge NOX value 8 being stored and established beforehand is sensed by the comparative and adjusting arithmetic unit 7, and simultaneously with throttling of an opening of a flow control valve 10 fixed to a tank 11 by applying signals 16, 17 through a value of the difference, a mixing rate of heavy oil and light oil s varied immediately by widening the opening of a flow control valve 12 of a tank 13. With this construction the NOX contained in the waste gas can be reduced. |
