PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility of making a wrong determination when determining a rare short-circuit.SOLUTION: A determination device 10 includes: a current measurement unit 11, for measuring a current value of a current flowing through an electric circuit; a calculation unit 131, for calculating an integrated value of the current value during a predetermined measurement period; and a determination unit 132, for determining whether a rare short-circuit has occurred in the electric circuit by comparing the integrated value and a predetermined threshold value.
