摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: low-loss magnetodielectric materials for miniaturizing antenna systems capable of operating at frequencies of 500 MHz or more; compositions useful for electronic equipment, particularly for electronic devices; and methods of producing the materials.SOLUTION: A method for doping a y-phase hexagonal ferrite material with potassium comprises providing a y-phase strontium hexagonal ferrite material and substituting the strontium with a trivalent or tetravalent ion composition including potassium to form a high resonant frequency hexagonal ferrite material. The composition is SrKCoMFeOwhen a trivalent ion is used for the substitution, where M is any trivalent ion; and the composition is SrKCoNFeOwhen a tetravalent ion is used for the substitution, where N is any tetravalent ion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
