<p>PURPOSE:To control the tape driving speed by detecting the number of revolution of a supply reel and then forming a feedback loop to an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When a tape is driven, a signal corresponding to the number of revolutions of a supply reel 4 is fed back to an amplifier 6. A detector 5 prodduces the signal corresponding to the number of revolution of the reel 4, and the amplifier 6 generates the voltage to be applied to a reel motor 2 from the output of the detector 5. Then the gain of a control loop is controlled. As a result, a convex parabola (b) is obtained for the tape driving speed. Thus it is possible to attain a tape driver which can increase the tape driving speed and reduce the damage cuased at the tape termination part.</p> |
