PURPOSE:To obtain a fixed optial integrating output for a short time even at the low luminance state by detecting the low luminance state and emitting light to a subject. CONSTITUTION:A low luminance detecting circuit 600 compares an input signal, and when a counting end signal is inputted faster than an optical integration end signal, i.e. when it is decided that the low luminance state is kept without ending optical integration within a prescribed time, outputs a signal to a light emitting control circuit 800. The light emitting control circuit 800 decides a condition specified bt a control condition generating circuit 900, and when the condition is the light emission permitting state and a low luminance signal is inputted, outputs a signal to a light emitting device 1,000. When the signal is inputted to the light emitting device 1,000, a light emitting means is excited. Since the light emission is inputted to an integration detecting circuit 400 through a subject, the optical integration is ended and a signal is outputted to a driving circuit 300. |
