PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization, the uniform quality, the improvement of transmission efficiency and a minute diameter of an aperture beam, by making a holding means for condenser lens of semiconductor laser which can set the light emitting position of the semiconductor laser on the main axis of the condenser lens possible to shift in the direction vertical to the main axis of the condenser lens. CONSTITUTION:A holder 23 for condenser lens of semiconductor laser consists of a condenser lens holder 24 and a semiconductor laser holder 25 together with a hole 26 through which a condenser lens 8 is fitted and held with high accuracy and a lens position control hole 27. Thus the lens 8 can be shifted from outside toward its main axis through the hole 27. In such a way, the distance is controlled between the lens 8 and the semiconductor laser 1 to set approximately parallel the light beams passed through the lens 8. Both holders 25 and 23 are fixed in a body by screws 27 and 28, and screw holes 29 and 30 are much larger than the outer diameters of screws 27 and 28. Then the holder 25 is shifted in the direction vertical to the main axis of the lens 8. Thus the light emitting position of the laser 1 can be set on the main axis of the lens 8. |
