PURPOSE:To improve the gathering efficiency by installing a plurality of lower- part sprockets of a bucket elevator in the captioned excavation mechanism into the upper, middle, and the lower stages, and setting the lower-stage sprocket so as to be displaced horizontally for the middle sprocket. CONSTITUTION:In the lower-part excavation part of a bucket elevator, a sprocket 32 is axially supported 36 onto the frame 20 of the bucket elevator, in order to bend a chain 30 frontward. A sprocket 33 is axially supported rotatably through a shaft 38 onto a bracket 37 installed at the lower edge of the frame 20. A tiltable frame 41 which is turned to the inside of the sprocket 33 by a cylinder 52 is installed onto the shaft 38, and a slidable frame 42 is inserted in slidable ways through a roller 43 into the frame 41, and said frame 42 is moved in slidable ways by a cylinder 47. A sprocket 34 is axially supported at the top edge of the frame 42, and the chain 30 is guided through these sprockets 32-34. |
