PURPOSE:To provide possibility of giving a work the optimum attitude by equipping a hanger having a stationary part fixed to the conveyor and a work mounting tool coupled with said stationary part rotatably, and by turning and stopping the work at any desired position. CONSTITUTION:Each of the hangers 2 suspended at an overhead type chain conveyor 1 at a certain spacing is composed of a stationary part 3 fixed to the conveyor 1 and a work mounting tool 4 coupled with this stationary part 3. The work mounting tool 4 consists of a cylindrical coupling 5 coupled rotatably with the stationary part 3 through a bearing, a rod 7 installed plumb at the bottom of said coupling 5, and a pair of support tables 8, 8 installed to this rod 7. When a gear 11 fixed to a coupling 6 meshes with a chain 14 wound round sprockets 12, 13, the support table 8, i.e. the work 9 thereupon, is rotated to receive coating. The coating is performed by a coating robot 10. |
