PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of shrink-fitting a rotor core to a rotational shaft by laminating and temporarily clamping punched rotor plates by engaging a collet core with an engaging hole, eliminating a gap between the hole and the core, and die casting an aluminum. CONSTITUTION:A collet core 22 which radially contracts or enlarges is engaged with an engaging hole to laminate the prescribed number of punched rotor plates and to temporarily clamp the plates, thereby constructing a rotor core 9. The expanding force at the enlarging the core 22 in the hole is strengthened at both sides from the center of the laminated rotor core 9. Aluminum is cast in the slot of the core 9 by die casting. |
