PURPOSE:To obtain an ink jet printing head capable of better printing by preventing the leak of injected ink droplets in jet nozzles by providing a specific composition of water-repellent organosiloxane three-dimensional plymer film with an adhesive film as a primer to the jet nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A jet nozzle is provided with an organosiloxane three-dimensional polymer film containing methyl groups as much as 0.5-1.5 times or more of silicon atomic number, serving to prevent the lowering of hardness, and having a high water repellency. For example, a polydimethylsiloxane solution is coated on the base material and thermally poly-condensated to form a film. When the base material is an acrylic or epoxy resin, the film may be directly covered on the base material, but when the base material is a metal or glass, an acrylic or epoxy resin film as a primer is beforehand formed on the base material. The wetting of the jet nozzle with injected ink droplets can thus be prevented, and thereby the variation in size, speed and direction of ink jet can be prevented and better printing can be made. |
