PURPOSE:To stabilize the oscillating operation by providing a protective conductor between the drain and the source of a transistor for an oscillating inverter or between the drain and the source of other transistor. CONSTITUTION:In an integrated circuit such as a crystal oscillator using a C-MOS inverter, part of metal wirings 7 to be connected to a power source voltage is extended between the drain 9 of a transistor Q1 for an oscillating inverter and the source of other transistor Q2 to form a protective conductor 7-1. The polysilicon gate wirings 8 of the transistor Q1 is extended to form a protective conductor 8-1 between the drain and the source. A leakage path directed from the drain of the transistor Q1 toward the source of the other transistor is not formed by the conductors 7-1, 8-1, and the oscillation is stably performed. |
