PURPOSE:To smoothly feed and supply deformed rubber materials of heavy weight without the need for man power by a method in which rubber materials to be fed by aligned conveyers are put on a feeding truck and orderly fed to the upside of the free rollers of a cutter by a feeding conveyer. CONSTITUTION:Rubber materials W are transferred from aligned conveyers 2 onto a feeding conveyer 10. A drive cylinder 11 is contracted to transfer the rubber materials W to a temporary position on the free rollers 16 of a cutter 4. The cylinder 11 is extended to restore a mobile truck 9 and the conveyer 10 to their original positions. The cylinder 11 is again contracted to move the truck 9 loaded with the conveyer 10 to the rubber material W on the free rollers 16, and the back side of the rubber material W is pressed until touched by a guide plate 19. After the positioning of the rubber material W, the cylinder 11 is extended to restore the truck 9 and the conveyer 10 to their original positions. When the rubber material W is placed on a fixed position on the free rollers 16, the cylinder 11 is extended, the rubber material W is pressed on a cutter blade 21 by a projection 26, and when the projection 26 is fitted into the space between the cutter blades 21, the rubber material W is cut into plural flat plates. |
