PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability by applying a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure to a storage tank, thereby eliminating the decrease in the coolant in the upper part of a thyristor bulb when a pump is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A storage tank 13 is formed in a completely sealed structure, a compression chamber 20 of the upper part and a compressor 21 are piped to apply pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure. When a pump 16 becomes abnormal or is stopped, coolant in thyristor bulbs 10-40 is applied with the pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure. Accordingly, it does not fall. Accordingly, insulation breakdown due to the damage or discharge of the tubes 12A, 12B can be prevented. |
