PURPOSE:To control a flow of processing easily by using a current state table showing the current state and a control table which contains operation ready information on the whole system. CONSTITUTION:Processing means P1-P5 have means for a heat treatment, etc., of a work D in plural stages, and send pieces E1-E5 of processing information to a control part 1. If abnormality occurs to a processing part P of this process system, the control part 1 informs a decision part 2 of that and refers to the control table MT and current state table T to find out a processing sequence to be put in operation. Data on this is displayed on a display part 4 through a control part 3 and the pattern of the current state table T is altered to switch switching connection parts R1 and R2. |
