发明名称 METHOD FOR POSITIONING MIRROR SURFACE PANEL OF PARABOLIC ANTENNA
摘要 PURPOSE:To remove backlash of the size of a panel in the thickness direction, to prevent the panel thickness from being varied and to make adjustment easy by constituting a positioning fine adjustment means by bolts, C-shaped snap rings and coil springs. CONSTITUTION:Metal such as aluminium is worked like a prescribed parabolic shape to form a radio wave reflecting surface 5. Heli-serts 6 made of stainless copper are screwed into the four corners of the back of the reflecting surface 5, clamping screws 9 are inserted into block fittings 7 and then the C-shaped snap rings 10 for preventing removal are engaged with the clamping screws 9. The clamping screws 9 are inserted into the heli-serts 6 through coil springs between the back of the reflecting surface 5 and the block fittings 7 and the thickness of the divided mirror surface panel is adjusted by using an assembling tool. Since the coil springs are engaged between the reflecting surface 5 and the block fittings 7, backlash is removed and the thickness is not changed. Thus, the highly accurate adjustment of the thickness of the divided mirror surface panel makes it possible to adjust the radio wave reflecting surface 5 after the assembling of a parabolic antenna easily.
