PURPOSE:To prevent a contamination of the tip part of a form by a separating pawl and a contamination of a belt after the form is separated by providing the separating pawl so as to be freely rotatable on a separating position opposed to a photosensitive body and an opposite side position of a carrying path, and cleaning its tip. CONSTITUTION:A separating pawl 6 is fitted through a fitting plate 8 to a freely rotatable shaft 7, and its tip is made to contact lightly to a separating position of a photosensitive body 1. When a form 2 passing through a separating corona discharger 4 is fed to a carrying device 11, it is driven by the shaft 7 simultaneously, and the separating pawl 6 is displaced to a position of a cleaning means 10 of the opposite side through a form carrying path B. The cleaning means 10 cleans the tip part of the separating pawl 6 and a belt 14. Accordingly, since the separating pawl 6 is cleaned at every one copy, the tip of the form 2 is not contaminated, and a contamination of the rear side of the form by the belt 14 after the form is separated is not generated. |
