PURPOSE:To mitigate the limit to a current applied from a current source by providing a switch means turned on at clock pulse low level between a clock pulse input terminal and a clock pulse supply source. CONSTITUTION:A switch element 51 is connected in parallel with a control impedance 2 as an element whose impedance is varied in synchronizing with a clock pulse. This element 51 is turned off when the clock pulse is at a high level and turned off when it is at a low level in synchronizing with the clock pulse. The limit to the supply current amount from a clock line current source 4 is mitigated through the constitution above, and the supply current amount is set to an optimum operating margin. |
