The present invention relates to a rotary roasting apparatus that is capable of uniform meat boiling based on revolution and rotation, supports automatic temperature control, and is capable of allowing a user to recognize meat roasting completion via a display unit when roasting is completed. The rotary roasting apparatus according to the present invention includes: a main body provided with an accommodating space; a horizontal shaft positioned in the accommodating space of the main body and rotated by driving of a motor; a vertical installation plate disposed at an end of the horizontal shaft; a fixed gear separated from the vertical installation plate; at least one rotary gear disposed at a predetermined distance from the vertical installation plate and disposed to be engaged with the fixed gear; a skewer for meat insertion disposed to be removable with respect to the rotary gear; a brazier disposed on one side of a bottom surface of the main body; a temperature sensor disposed on an upper surface of the main body and measuring an internal temperature of the accommodating space; a ventilator disposed on one side of a discharge port connecting the brazier to an external space; and a controller mounted on one surface of the main body and controlling driving of the ventilator by recognizing a temperature value detected by the temperature sensor.
