PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin composition giving a cured product capable of keeping moderate flexibility stably for a long period, applicable within a wide mixing ratio, and suitable as a material for road pavement, etc., by compounding a specific urethane-modified epoxy resin with a specific modified aliphatic polyamide amine. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition can be prepared by compounding (A) an urethane-modified epoxy resin obtained by the reaction of (i) a compound having epoxy group and hydroxyl group with (ii) a urethane-bond compound containing terminal isocyanate groups and derived from a polyhydroxyl compound and a polyisocyanate compound with (B) a modified polyamide amine obtained by the dehydrative condensation of (i) 200-300pts.wt. of a dimer of a 10-27C unsaturated fatty acid, (ii) 100-200pts.wt. of a 6-30C fatty acid and (iii) 500- 700pts.wt. of an aliphatic polyamine.
