PURPOSE:To obtain a good driving performance by maintaining a certain amount of microscopic opening for a throttle valve instead of totally closing it at the time of half decelerating to secure a desired deceleration performance, while securing some amount of fuel which goes down along the inner wall face of a suction air passage, and improving the response of the fuel at the time of switching to the following driving. CONSTITUTION:At the time of half decelerating at which an accelerator pedal is released from its depressed condition to carry out deceleration for the total closing, i.e., the deceleration requirement is less than half the defined value, an output from an accelerator pedal position sensor 16, which detects that this accelerator pedal depressing amount alpha is below the first defined value, is received and judged by a third map M3, which, in turn, emits a half decelerating signal ''1'', which causes an analog switch S2 to open. Due to this opening action of the analog switch S2, the target throttle-valve opening theta for the accelerator pedal depressing amount alpha can be obtained by means of a second auxiliary map M2 and, after that, as in the case of regular driving, throttle valve opening up signals or down signals are outputted to a throttle valve opening adjusting device being compared with the actually measured throttle valve opening thereby controlling a feedback. |
