PURPOSE:To keep a passing flow rate constant regardless of changes in primary and secondary pressure, by providing a hollow cylindrical valve element wich is slidably fitted in a vertical valve casing and is closed at one end and open at the other and has a V-shaped opening and by connecting the outlet port of a flow rate setting valve to a chamber at the closed end of the valve element through a conduit. CONSTITUTION:A hollow cylindrical valve casing 1 having a fluid inlet chamber 2 and a fluid outlet chamber 3 is mounted in a vertical position in a pipe. A hollow cylindrical valve element closed at the upper end and open at the lower end is slidably fitted in the valve casing 1. An annular recess 5 is provided on the circumferential inside surface of the valve casing 1 so that the recess communicates with the inlet chamber 2. The valve element 4 slides on sliding surfaces 6, 7 extending over and under the annular recess 5. A flow rate setting valve 11 is connected to the outlet chamber 3. A short pipe 12 coupled to the outlet port of the valve 11 is connected to the upper chamber 8 of the valve casing 1 through a conduit 13. The circumferential surface of the valve element 4 is provided with a V-shaped opening 14 for connecting the fluid inlet chamber 2 to the fluid outlet chamber 3. |
