PURPOSE:To simplify the design, to attain sure operation and to decrease power consumption by using both outputs of an inverter causing two outputs having different switching voltages by one input as each input to an FF circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the switching voltage of the inverter 31 is incresed more than that of an inverter 32 and a signal having a voltage waveform shown in Fig. (a) is applied to an input terminal 2, a signal at terminals 4, 5 becomes a signal having a voltage waveform in Figs. b, c respectively and inputted to FFs 33-35. In constituting the inverters 31, 32 by a complementary MOSFET constitution, and the ratio of the channel width to the channel length of a P channel transistor (TR) and the ratio of the channel width to the channel length of an N channel TR are changed, then the inverter having a different switching voltage is obtained easily. Further, since the circuit is constituted by the standard logical elements only, the operation is attained surely and the power consumption is less. |
