PURPOSE:The titled beautiful composition, consisting of a polymer consisting of a polymerizable monomer containing an acrylic or methacrylic acid ester and a specific compound having acryloyl groups, etc. in a specific proportion, having improved weather resistance and flexibility, and suitable for waterproofing concrete, etc. CONSTITUTION:A coating material obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. polymer consiting of a polymerizable monomer containing >=20wt% one or more acrylic acid esters and methacrylic acid esters, e.g. 1-3C alkyl (meth)acrylate, with (B) 0.5-100pts.wt. compound having acryloyl and/or methacryloyl groups and >=300 molecular weight, e.g. poly(meth)acrylate of a polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol. EFFECT:Improved coating films keeping waterproof function even on cracking of substrate concrete bodies without sticking of dirt, etc. nor change in luster are obtained. USE:A coating material for surface finish of mortars, galvanized sheets, wood, glass, etc.
