PURPOSE:To provide titled composition of outstanding processability in a blending on heating, and high flexibility and low-temperature characteristics, comprising each specific amount of olefin-polar monomer copolymer, synthetic oil consisting of specific noncondensed tricyclic aromatic hyrocarbon, organic acid ester, and inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 5-50wt% of an olefin- polar monomer copolymer containing 5-40wt% of the polar monomer (pref., ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), (B) 1-25wt% of a synthetic oil consisting of a noncondensed tricyclic aromatic hydrocarbon [pref., a compound of formula (R is 4-6C alkane residue; Ar1-Ar3 are each aryl with the number of the side chain alkyl carbon atoms totalling 0-3)] with a boiling point >=250 deg.C, molecular weight 258-482, and a liquid state at room temperature, (C) 0.2-20wt% of an organic acid ester, (D) 40-90wt% of an inorganic filler, and (E) 0-50wt% of a solid low-molecular weight compound (e.g., asphalt).
