PURPOSE:To provide a titled mechanism which improves operability, reduces man-hour, etc. and yields a product having good quality by feeding back the pressure signal from a pressure sensor which detects an oil pressure or actual press load to a control amplifier which sets the press load. CONSTITUTION:A current value corresponding to the press load set by a control amplifier 21 is inputted to a current control regulator 22 to operate said regulator, thereby setting an air pressure. A pressure regulating unit 23 is then controlled by the pressure and the air pressure in a hydroblank holder tank 7 is instantaneously regulated. The regulated air pressure is supplied to a hydroblank holder 1 and is made into the press load via the oil on a head 25 side. The air pressure and oil pressure in the holder 1 change at all times and therefore the oil pressure in the holder 1 is detected with a pressure detecting sensor 24, and a feedback is obtd. from the oil pressure and is inputted to the amplifier 21 to control the unit 23 by the regulator 22, thereby controlling the pressure in the tank 7. Namely, the air pressure is instantaneously and automatically controlled by feeding back the same to the load set value. |
