PURPOSE:To realize solving shift of a position at the time of heating and joining a locker arm main body with a locker arm pad by forming a positioning hole on either of joining faces of said body and arm and forming on the other face a projection part coinciding with said hole. CONSTITUTION:A face 1 of joining of a locker arm main body A with a locker arm pad B is processed smooth except a guide projection part 2, and a positioning hole 3 is provided in the center of said joining face 1. On the other hand, configuration of the locker arm pad B is such that its part 4 contacting a cam or the like is formed like a circular arc face, and its face 5 joining the locker arm main body A on its back is formed smooth, while a projection 6 coinciding with the abovementioned hole 3 is provided in the center of said joining face 5. Then a projection 6 is fitted in the hole 3 and positioning is performed by means of the projection part 2 as a guide. After fitting the abovementioned pad B to the main body A, these two are heated for heating and joining said faces 1 and 5 with each other, and the locker arm is obtained. |
