PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength and durability of a protective layer consisting of a solid high polymer material by laminating the protective layer on a metallic oxide layer laminated on a base body. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic material layer 2 laminated on the surface of a base body 1 consisting of a polyester film or PP film, etc. is formed by sticking diagonally a ferromagnetic metal such as cobalt and nickel at a prescrbied angle relative with the normal of the body 1 on said body. A metallic oxide layer 3 is laminated on the surface of the layer 2 and the layer 3 is formed by sticking a metal such as cobalt and nickel on the layer 2 in an oxidative gaseous atmosphere of oxygen or the like to about 50-3,000Angstrom thickness. A protective layer 4 consisting of a solid high polymer material such as polyethylene wax is laminated on the surface of said layer 3 and is formed by glow discharge or UV polymn. Namely, the metallic oxide is stuck between the layer 2 and the layer 4 and the oxygen in the metallic oxide contributes to an easier adsorption of the solid high polymer material constituting the layer 4. |
