PURPOSE:To assembly a cylindrical lens with high accuracy by a simple operation by installing temporarily the cylindrical lens on a lens holder, and fixing the lens, measuring the optical axis by irradiating a laser light. CONSTITUTION:When cylindrical lenses 6a, 6b are installed temporarily to a lens holder 7 and parallel lights from a semiconductor laser 1 are irradiated, the laser light is condensed, a light spot is formed on a screen 12, and it is magnified and received by a video receiver 14. In case when there is a shift between the center of the optical axis indicated clearly in advance on the video surface, and the light spot of the laser light, the optical axis is matched by moving and adjusting a lens 6 by a lever 18 of a micrometer 15, and the lens is fixed by applying an adhesive agent. Accordingly, the lens 6 is fixed by adjusting finely the lens, measuring the optical axis, by a simple structure, therefore, its assembling adhesion failure is not generated, and the lens can be assembled with high accuracy. |
