PURPOSE:To obtain a sensor superior in durability by connecting a sensor element body equipped with a heater to lead terminals by a lead line made of thin wires of Pt, etc., while each provided with a deformed part shaped so as to relieve the stress when spiral external force is applied. CONSTITUTION:The sensor element body 1 equipped with the heater is mounted while radiation is reduced by using air as heat insulating material. In this case, electrode terminals of the element body 1 are connected to header pins 3 by spot welding by using lead lines 7. For this purpose, Pt wires, etc., having about 0.1mm. diameter are baked previously at 800 deg.C for about two hours, shaped spirally by being wound around a metal having an about 2mm. diameter, and connected by deposition. Thus, disconnection at deposited parts and the deterioration in connection are prevented by the expansion, contraction, and external force of oscillation of the lead lines by heating and cooling to obtain the sensor element superior in durability element. |
