<p>Compounds of general formula I <IMAGE> (wherein R1 is optionally substituted polymethyleneimino or dialkylamino; A is substituted CH2; and R2, R3, and W are as defined in the specification) and tautomers, optical enantiomers and salts thereof. The new compounds have valuable pharmacological properties, particularly a hypoglycaemic effect. Processes for the preparation of the new compound and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are described.</p> |
