摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the cooling efficiency and make the temperature uniform by a method wherein the inside of a cooling plate is partitioned into a plurality of flow paths to the direction of coolant flow, and the coolant is made to flow in alternately reverse directions to each flow path from coolant inlets provided at both ends of the cooling plate, in the electronic apparatus composed of a plurality of modules, the cooling plate which cools these, etc. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of modules 1 are housed in a casing 8 by stacking in multi-stages, and a pair of the cooling plates 2 are put in close contact with both side surfaces having large areas of these modules, thus being installed, and connected to a power supply circuit plate 4 for the power source and the signal via connector 3. The inside of the cooling plate 2 is split into many flow paths 5, and then the coolant 6 is made to flow in manifold parts 10a and 10b from both end inlets 7a and 7b of the cooling plate 2. Next, the coolant 6 is made to flow by distribution to the flow paths 5 adjacent to each other respectively at every row and successively head to reverse directions. After confluence with the manifold parts 11b and 11a, the coolant is exhausted out of outlets 9a and 9b.
